Beyondschool provides employability workshops, training sessions, and related support for young people, schools, and organisations.
 2.⁠ ⁠Bookings
All bookings must be confirmed via email or written agreement
Details of sessions (date, time, content) will be agreed in advance
 3.⁠ ⁠Payments
Payment terms will be agreed prior to delivery
Invoices must be paid once booking has been confirmed 
 4.⁠ ⁠Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee

 5.⁠ ⁠Delivery of Services
We aim to deliver all sessions to a high standard
Content may be adapted depending on the needs of participants
 6.⁠ ⁠Safeguarding
Schools/organisations are responsible for safeguarding and supervision during sessions
Beyondschool will act professionally and appropriately at all times
 7.⁠ ⁠Liability
Beyondschool is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
Total liability is limited to the fee paid for the service
 8.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property
All workshop materials remain the property of Beyondschool
Materials must not be copied, shared, or reused without permission
 9.⁠ ⁠Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
10.⁠ ⁠Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
